If your item ever fails due to a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, we’ll make it right — for life.

What’s Covered

  • Defects in stitching, seams, or construction.
  • Fabric defects under normal wear.
  • Manufacturing flaws that affect performance or durability.
  • If it’s our fault, it’s on us.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (fading, pilling, stretching over time).
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
  • Alterations or repairs not performed by ALBY.
  • Items purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers.

How It Works

  • Email us with:
    • A brief description of the issue.
    • Photos of the item.
  • Our team will review the claim.
  • If approved, we’ll repair, replace, or issue store credit — at our discretion.
  • We ask the customer to pay for the shipping cost to return the damaged item to us and we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement back to you.

  • This guarantee applies to the original owner only.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.
  • Replacement items may be the same or a comparable style if the original is no longer available.
